The Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition is one of the Royal Observatory's most high profile assets, with a complex and ever-expanding set of requirements and challenges. Ten4 met all of these head on with enthusiasm and insight, and they took the trouble to understand the underlying goals of the project and the needs of the users. Not only did they achieve everything we asked them to, but they also made suggestions of their own and engaged us in ongoing dialogue and testing which lead to further improvements. All in all, a pleasure to work with.
