Web Content Accessibility
Ten4 is committed to ensuring accessibility across the work we produce for clients, as well as our own materials. We aim to continually improve the user experience of our website for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards to its different sections, functions and content.
This website has been designed and developed by Ten4 to promote our portfolio, expertise and services. It is hereafter referred to as “the website”. This accessibility statement applies to the website only.
Measures to support accessibility
We aim to make the website accessible to the widest possible audience. This means, for example, you should be able to:
- Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your device settings.
- Zoom in up to 300% without compromising text or images.
- Navigate the website using just a keyboard.
- Navigate the website using speech recognition software.
- Listen to the website using a screen reader.
- Watch all narrative videos with closed captions.
If you have a disability, we recommend you visit AbilityNet for advice on making your device easier to use.
Conformance status against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
We are working towards compliance with the WCAG version 2.2, AA standard.
Limitations and alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the website, there may be some limitations.
The content listed below is known to have limited accessibility — we are working to resolve all issues. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
- Various auto-playing media have limited or missing pause options.
- While we have made every effort to provide alt text for all images used on the site, some alt text may be missing or contain misleading information.
- "Skip to content" links at the head of each page are hidden under the main navigation and lack a clear focus style.
- Navigation fails above 200% zoom on desktop devices and creates other errors in layout.
- Navigation fails in landscape mode on mobile devices and creates other errors in layout.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 22 October 2025. The website was tested for compliance against various elements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.2 level AA using a combination of automated tools and manual checks.
