Derwent London

Overview

Derwent London owns and manages over 6 million sq ft of commercial real estate located predominantly in central London and valued at £4.2 billion in 2014, making them the largest London-focused real estate investment trust (REIT). They approached us in 2012 to redevelop their site and solve multiple problems, like poor navigation and SEO, difficult content management, outdated visual design and a lack of clear information for investors and prospective tenants.

The Work

We carried out a full audit of the old site and presented a strategy for restructuring content and developing user experience. Two major audience groups were identified: investors and potential tenants – so we ensured each was kept in mind throughout the planning process. Aligning the visuals with Derwent London’s strong creative ethos was key; the company place a lot of value on design.

Ten4 have worked tirelessly with us to serve the needs of our various audiences. They have been involved every step of the way: analysing, briefing, testing, producing and troubleshooting – responding reliably and creatively to each challenge. We recommend them to any company who needs a hands-on, efficient and professional website provider.
