The People’s Projects

Overview

The People’s Projects was set up to give the British public a say in how tens of millions of pounds of lottery funding is distributed. In 2016 we used our custom voting platform (adjudicated by Electoral Reform Services) to collect nearly 150,000 votes for 95 charities and social projects, and awarded over £2 million according to the results. We're aiming to repeat this success in early 2017.

Sector

It has been a pleasure working with Ten4. They worked very collaboratively with Camelot and the Big Lottery Fund on a cross functional project, coming up with solutions, reacting quickly to challenges and were always receptive to feedback. We are delighted with the website and would highly recommend Ten4 in future.

Nearly 150,000 people voted to distribute £2.2m in lottery funding in every corner of the United Kingdom.
