Amplifying Martin Morales’s Peruvian food, music and art revolution
Martin Morales exploded onto the London food scene in 2012 when he opened the first Ceviche restaurant in Soho to wide acclaim. Several years later he had launched another Ceviche restaurant and art gallery, four Andina restaurants, a record label (Tiger’s Milk Records) and two successful cookbooks.
The organisation flourished but its interconnected brands had no cohesion online. We were tasked with amalgamating a number of different websites and creating a unified customer experience across the whole organisation.

Creating a unified customer experience
The heart of Ceviche’s business is Peruvian food and drink, but art, music and Martin’s unstoppable creative energy are also inextricably linked to the group’s success. The company has a lot of stories to tell, and it was clear that we had our work cut out.
A multilayered solution
We collaborated with Martin to create a multi-layered structure where each Ceviche and Andina restaurant would have it own dedicated section for menus, group-booking information, reviews, location, hours and so on.
Visitors to the website can easily book a table (the most vital user-journey) from any page in any section, while brightly coloured accents indicate the different areas of the site and highlight the different sub-brands of Ceviche, Andina, Tiger’s Milk and Martin Morales.
We created multiple article types to serve the various needs of different areas, from menus and reviews to timelines and gifts. Designing for flexibility enables the marketing team to create rich, interlinked and cohesive pages across the site to build each brand and create and retain loyal customers.
