Elevating design and balancing the needs of different audiences in a long-term partnership
Derwent London are the largest London-focused real estate investment trust (REIT). They approached us in 2012 to redevelop their site and solve multiple problems, like poor navigation and SEO, difficult content management, outdated visual design and a lack of clear information for investors and prospective tenants.
We are proud to launch the entirely new 2019 refresh - our third Derwent London website.
When first building a website for Derwent London, we carried out a full audit of the existing website and presented a strategy for restructuring content and developing user experience. Two major audience groups were identified: investors and potential tenants – so we ensured each was kept in mind throughout the planning process. Aligning the visuals with Derwent London’s strong creative ethos was key.
The 2019 rebuild was fuelled by the visual approach in Derwent London’s latest Reports & Accounts publication. A modern interface, paired with a heightened use of imagery, video and motion allowed us to create a website that reflected the values of the brand.
Derwent London Intranet
In addition to building Derwent London’s website, we’ve also developed their Intranet. Used internally by the companies employees the Intranet is used to publicise company news and events.
