How a CRM can improve your sales process

Nowadays many of the websites we build plugin to a CRM (Customer Relationship Management). When visitors complete a web-form on your website, that data is stored in the CRM system helping your business development team respond quickly to leads, rather than input data twice. We’ve recently integrated Salesforce (Pardot), Mailchimp, Dropbox, Basecamp, Hubspot and ThankQ (Access Group) into websites for our clients.

We have learnt a lot especially on the more complex integrations with membership organisations such as The British Dyslexia Association and that uses the ThankQ fundraising CRM.
