When visitors complete a web-form on your website, that data is stored in the CRM system helping your business development team respond quickly to leads, rather than input data twice. We have learnt a lot especially on the more complex integrations with membership organisations such as The British Dyslexia Association that uses the ThankQ fundraising CRM.
