Development villages in Central London
Properties are grouped into “development villages” and displayed on a custom Google map. A filter lets users focus their search and for prospective tenants, buildings with space available to rent are highlighted in the listings.
Detailed investment data is readily available, including latest share price and historical analysis, financial results and reports and governance information.
We have produced a number of marketing websites for Derwent London buildings as they approach completion and start to attract tenants.
The website now attracts 95.5% more users than it did before relaunch, with nearly three quarters of traffic coming via search and mobile traffic increasing by 300%.
