John Jones are serious about art framing. After 40 years in the business and a recent rebrand they wanted their website to reflect their heritage and expertise, as well as showcase some of their amazing work and offer support and advice to London's artists.
We put the John Jones case studies at the heart of the new website, immediately focusing the attention on the work itself and the prestigious clients John Jones boasts. The site exhaustively details the many intricate and highly skilled processes employed by the company and offers several "how to" guides and a comprehensive glossary.
An online booking system provides a simple and efficient service for customers to make appointments. Other areas of this substantial site include a news section, an art calendar, an "art projects" section that details the John Jones art collection as well as their residencies programme, gallery space and awards they support.
The entire site is powered by a content management system (CMS) so that John Jones can easily administer many aspects of their site. Built using semantic HTML the site aims to be as usable and accessible to the widest possible audience and appear prominently in search engine listings.
Compared to the previous site, johnjones.co.uk has seen multiple increases in site traffic and user engagement. Users spent 40% more time on the site, viewing more pages per visit than before. Time spent on the home page increased by 25% and the time spent viewing the new glossary nearly doubled.
Ten4 took our brand and brought it to life online in a fresh, exciting and cohesive way; it's been hugely successful and we are delighted with the results. Kate Jones, Director of Marketing, John Jones
