Ten4Design.co.uk comes to the iPhone

We’ve just launched an iPhone friendly version of our site. Keeping things simple, the site features the main sections of our site reformatted for the iPhone. Key considerations included hiding unsupported content, increasing navigation hit areas and restructuring content hierarchy in order to match the needs of our iPhone visitors. This was all achieved through CSS tweaks leaving no need to duplicate content.

Liz attended the digital design festival Transmediale in Berlin last weekend themed ‘Futurity Now’. Highlights included a presentation by Bruce Sterling about atemporality, an installation by Ryoji Ikeda and the long conversation performance piece by Sosolimited.

Decode visit

Ten4 visited the Decode Exhibition at the V&A. Favourite exhibits included Ross Phillip’s ‘Videogrid‘, Fabrica’s ‘Venetian Mirror’ (featured) and Aaron Koblin’s ‘Flight Patterns‘.

Westlife redesigned

Our most popular artist site, Westlife.com, passed a significant milestone today with the posting of its 50,000th comment. User ILOVESHANEFILAN who registered on 4 April 2006 wrote “i cnt wait to see you on alan carr chatty man it is going to be soo funny i shant be missing it for the world love you guys and have missed you loads !!!!! welcome back.”

Liz curating at the V&A
